Employee Safety

It’s 11:15 PM and Jane has finished her shift. She activates the organization’s virtual security app. She is walking to her car and checking her messages on her phone when she is approached by an angry individual. He starts yelling at her. She activates the SOS button on her app.

Duty Officer Jones receives the SOS in the control room and is immediately shown the location of the alert on a map. The nearest CCTV cameras are also automatically directed at the location of the alert, showing Officer Jones that Jane may be in trouble.

The Standard Operating Procedure guides Officer Jones. He dispatches a security patrol, then monitors the situation as they arrive and de-escalate the incident. Police are not required. Officer comms and body cam footage is also logged so there is a clear audit trail of actions taken.

Post-event, an after-action report is automatically generated, including all steps taken and any comments logged during the incident. The report is automatically added to the evidence bank along with all video footage from the incident, which is automatically exported to prevent overwrite.
